During the ordering process, you will be prompted to confirm specific details such as item design, model, and quantity. Please note that providing inaccurate information voids eligibility for exchange. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly selected items or models.

How do I cancel my order?

To opt for cancellation of your order, mail on contact@fur-real.shop or contact us through the contact page available in policies section . You can only cancel your order if we still haven't taken the product to production. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped out.

How do I exchange my order?

Items that go through our store after payment are finalized and are eligible for exchange only when the product arrives at your doorstep in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition.

Products being exchanged must be intact, unused and should be sent back in the original packaging.

You will be asked to confirm all details before exchange ,the design , model and other specifications of the product. Incorrect designs that have been voluntarily ordered cannot be exchanged.
