Refunds and Cancellations

To opt for cancellation of your order, mail on or contact us through the contact page available in policies section . You can only cancel your order if we still haven't taken the product to production. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped out.

We only accept exchange request if you have received the product in a damaged, broken, defective or not usable condition. You will have to send us proof of the product condition in the form of images or videos. Once approved, the product will be replaced for free and we will send the replacement of the same product. The acceptance of replacement totally depends on us if we found everything right the replacement will be processed.

If product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, the refund will be processed from our end within 1 business day from the time the returned shipment is received by us. The refunded payment will show up in your payment method in anywhere from 3-5 business days.
